When did you start playing FFXIV and what drives you to keep playing?
"I first started on PS4 when Stormblood had just released but only got as far as ARR's ending. I took a break from the game since I wasn't committed to it, but came back around October 2019 on the PC and really got into it. I continued to play this game because it's developed a lot of spectacular experiences and memories for me, to the point where I want to create moments like these for others. That's one of the reasons why I love being a part of the Sauce Leadership because I can forward these experiences to others."

Interests: "I am a big gamer and enjoy all different kinds of games, but I really enjoy challenging content in ARPGS. My favorite game series is Final Fantasy and the Soulsbourne series. I really enjoy being in the gym to stay strong and healthy. My biggest interest is taking care of my family and really trying to be the best dad I can be. I also hold the FC very close to my heart and really want it to be a place where all people despite many IRL personal differences, can come together with much love and really enjoy their time together and be friends."

When did you start playing FFXIV and what drives you to keep playing?
"I started playing 14 in ARR around October 2013. I played on and off really as I was into many other games and I didn’t really have a lot of friends at the time to run content with. It was very hard on the console as I was on PS3 at the time. I always came for every expansion launch and really enjoy it. I really started playing seriously around January 2021. At the time I was transitioning from my military service with the Marine Corps and also fighting off Covid. What really kept me on was the Sauce. The friends that I made here had increased the immersion of the game so much that I could not ever see myself not calling this my home. Since then I have tackled most content in the game with a very strong itch to complete the current and future ultimates when they come."

"I started FFXIV end of 2021 Summer (July-August) I enjoy playing with my wife and friends. I am most excited for the upcoming island sanctuary."

When did you start playing FFXIV and what drives you to keep playing?
"I started playing back in March 2021 after much pressing from my S/O. I don't know why I took so long to start playing. FFXIV has everything that I like in a game - great story, side-quests, pretty things (elves + glam), and so much more. However, what truly keeps me playing are the people I've met and friendships I've formed here as a part of the Sauce. I started doing more with the FC when my S/O drifted to some other games. When I was still very new, a couple people here helped pry me out of my shell. They dragged me to run maps. They brought me BLU spell hunting. They got me to join voice chat (scary). I've done so much more than I would have on my own. Hanging out with the Sauce is something I look forward to every day. I would like to help other people experience the same and maybe find a family here too."
